Volume Classes will continue, as well as our regular classes, as a way to help our families take away some of the burden of planning and teaching several important core classes. These classes will run for 25 weeks (also on Wednesdays) and will include additional work for your student to complete throughout the week at home. This is a great opportunity for your High Schooler to explore Science and Language Arts in a group setting.
Please note that the Volume Classes will cost an additional $150 per class (per student) for the year, and may have additional costs associated with books and consumables, as directed by the teachers. These extra supply needs will be minimal and will be outlined, and the information provided well before the start of the class. Volume classes will meet for an additional 5 weeks throughout the year but the classes will have 32 weeks worth of work to complete. You will get a calendar outlining the extra weeks.
Please note the following:
- Classes need to have at least five participants to remain on the schedule.
- VOLUME classes are an additional $150 and are for a credit (Language Arts and Science).
- We are asking a one time non-refundable deposit of $50 be made for each Volume class selected, with a deadline for sign-ups being June 30, 2024. (Remaining payment due with your regular tuition payment).
